Sundsvall Gatufesten 2002

				We left Milano airport on Friday 05/07 at 7 am and we arrived to Bruxelles at 8.30 more or less!! There we met Daniela (Safe from harm) and we took together the flight till Arlanda airport. We waited some hours for Erminia (Sunbeam) that arrived at 3 pm. Then we took the train till Sundsvall and we arrived there at 7.30 pm and we went to the Youth Hostel by taxi as we had heavy bags.. we decided to bring with us some bottles of Italian wine!! ^_^ The Hostel was good, cleaned and quiet! that was right! The owner was a little drunk but at the end we understood all the city was in that way. Funny! we've never seen so many drunk people all together. After put all our things in the rooms we had a good shower we decided to go to the festival.The bus was just out of the hostel and it was very comfortable for us to know it and not to have to walk too much!! We were all tired but happy! The only thing was: we realized too late that didn't come dark! We went out from the hostel at 11.30 pm but it was like in the afternoon! And it was funny to see the light for all the time we were in Sundsval! We made a long walk all over the city and then we decided to go back, We arrived at 2 am in our rooms but we have been able to sleep only till 5 am! it was so light! And the Sun was like at 11 am! God! Our eyes was totally opened but we was so tired ... That was a strange experience! So we decided to wake up and me and Sonia stayed out in the garden with a beautiful Sun and a perfect blue sky on us! I read a fan fiction till 10 am then as the other girls was ready we went to Sundsvall again and we bought tickets for the festival. The first thing we did was to find AJ stage! and we put our banner in front of it! I think it was curious to see it and during the afternoon we saw many people look at it and read our hymn to AJ! Waiting and waiting some clouds arrived! and it rained for one hour before the concert. We met AnnaLotta together with her parents and her sister. Wonderful family that I want to kiss and hug for all their disponibility and sweetness! Time of soundchecking was arrived and the Sun rised out of the clouds giving us all its warm! AJ and the band were very very happy to see us and I have to say I've never seen him so happy to sing! All was good! His performance was perfect, all songs have been performed in the best way from all the band, and his voice was very powerful! Annalotta's mom was impressed by all that energy!! She told us he was better than in the cd! And the words? The sweetness of his lyrics comes from his pure soul! They played: Shine, The greatest day, End of the world, The games we play, Pretty ones, This time, You make me beautiful, Waterfall, Brand New thing, Glorious, Great undying love, Spirit of you. At the beginning the presenter said something about Italian fans of AJ come there for him... it was funny and we were proud of it! We sang with him and jumped all the time, I tried to involve other girls (Swedish girls near me) and after a little embarrassing moment they start to sing with him too and to jump a bit! They were so sweet! Just like a child who wants a candy but hasnt the courage to ask for! After the gig we met him and we made him sign all booklets we brought with us for all members that weren't there.He was very happy for all and AJ Jarmo and Par was very nice to ask us how was we doing as per the big travel and they asked also if all was good there and in our hotel. They was very sweet to be worried for us! We gave him all presents that other members sent us for him and he was very happy of all, so we gave him also the wine... TOO HEAVY... NEXT TIME I'LL SEND IT BY DHL!!! ^_^ AJ gave us some Shine singles, t-shirt and he said all our work about the site is good and he was very proud of it! We took pix and we recorded the gig too with the digycam! After all we went to a Pizzeria together with AnnaLotta and her family! We were all tired and didn't eat so much but for sure we were all excited and chatted and chatted about the gig and the meeting with AJ! Time of goodbye arrived, they went home and we went to our hostel after a long walking in the festival! Another light night! other 2 our of sleeping! And our train was at 10.20 am! We prepared all our bags and closed the doors of our rooms we said goodbye to the owner, now not too much drunk! The coming back was sad but good! Erminia and Daniela stayed in Stockholm Sunday 07/07 and Sonia and me took the plain at 8.20 pm to Bruxelles. We didn't sleep too much! During the night in the airport cos it was too cold as per the air-conditioned! But in the plain to Milan at 7.20 am of Monday 8/7 I hadn't time to listen to the hostess and I felt down sleeping till the arrival. Unbreakable, Mystery,Sunbeam,Safe from Harm,Stuck inside a Dream
